Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled shoot: Full refund or free rescheduling.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% refund or free rescheduling.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund provided.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
• If the shoot is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
• No refunds will be given for dissatisfaction with photos after delivery. However, revision or reshoot may be offered.
  
  

Rescheduling Policy

• Clients can reschedule once without any additional charge, provided they notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• One reschedule is allowed at no additional cost. Subsequent rescheduling may incur an additional fee.
